Being retired, he is interested in using his long experience with the largest international companies to cooperate as consultant / technical advisor with the companies that would like to enter in new markets or to enlarge their presence or their operation field.
His strength is the know-how relevant all the aspect of the industrial plants and their equipment / components and the experience in the renewable energy , cogeneration / district heating, combined cycles, distributed energy, and relevant strategic marketing and commercial operation; the capacity to understand the Customer needs proposing the solutions better fittings, the relationships with the highest level of management both in the governmental authorities/ organizations and in the private sector are an additional advantage in the development of the business.
Key Qualifications: having been employed for about 40 years in the largest international Companies operating in the field of Energy/industrial plants, Mr. Magnaghi acquired an outstanding experience in all the aspects of the Energy’s world.
In the last 11 years he has assumed an important position on the General Electric organization as responsible of the Energy Division for South East Asia, Mediterranean Countries and than for Balkan and South-East Europe countries. In this position he has had the opportunity to cooperate with highest level of the Industry/Energy and Environment Ministries, Government Institutions, Regulatory authorities etc., cooperating with them in the evaluation of feasibility studies for energy projects, in preparation of national Energy plans and energy laws/ regulations.
Always present in all the international congress and round tables on the energy matters, he has been recognized as a strong and reliable expert in Cogeneration, district heating, renewable and distributed Energy both regarding the technical and regulatory aspects.
He has a large number of international relationships and a deep diplomatic behavior.
His English, French and Spanish language skills with additional good understanding of the Romanian, Russian and Thai languages are an additional advantage in the communication with the counterparts.
Retired on 2009, Mr. Magnaghi has cooperated with few Italian companies , having high technology products, to enlarge their presence in the South East Europe and South East Asia like:

In the last 2 years he has been involved as project manager/technical advisor to supervise and develop a plant to recycle the used pneumatics to produce carbon black, syngas, BTZ ( low Sulphur gasoil) and in developing a new technology to produce Hydrogen without consumption of electrical power but with a chemical reaction.
Due to his knowledge of the international market, his personal relationships and the confidence of his partners around the world, he have had the opportunity to sell units in Indonesia, Myanmar, Eritrea, Abu Dhabi Panama and Italy notwithstanding the general and obvious skepticism for a new “ revolutionary “ theologies and equipment.
