Developed activities:

  • Performed training to National Authorising Officer (NAO);
  • Supported EU Delegation and NAO in the management of the EDF programme;
  • Performed the need assessment of the EDF programme implementation;
  • Supported the NAO in establish the ex ante EDF Evaluation Unit;
  • Performed the overall coordination and quality control of EDF projects implementation;
  • Developed the IT system for monitoring the EDF implementation;
  • Elaborated a software tool for monitoring of projects;
  • Supported the involved Ministries in the implementation of the EU regulation and procedures;
  • Performed a need assessment gap analysis and functional analysis of institutions and body managing the EDF programme implementation;
  • Monitoring of the indicators for effective functioning of the management and control system.
