- Assess training needs of national staff and perform to on-the-job training and transfer of skills;
- Organise conferences and workshops in Bxl relating institutional building and partnership the new programming period 2014-2020;
- Elaborate training material relating institutional building and rural development and CAP;
- Elaborate methodologies to assess quality of experience;
- Management, monitoring and evaluation.
