Super ALERT, the German Constitutional Court refused the authority of the European Patent Court, it’s the very last shiny sign of the so called “sovranism” which usually is assigned to PIIGS countries but is called State of Law when is perpetrated by Germany. After years trying to establish a European tool of protection of the innovation now all that had the definitive last nail on the coffin. It came the time to see the face beyond the “mask” of the this “union”.
