  • Assisted the Ministry of Agriculture of Turkey for the accreditation of the paying agency;
  • Trained on the spot control of the before contracting, before payment and ex-post control;
  • Supervised the establishment of the monitoring process and information system;
  • Revised the IPARD programme.
